Built to order, then shipped with care.

V-RAM.ai workstations are built after payment is confirmed. Each system is assembled, configured, validated, and prepared for shipment before it leaves our build process.

Build Timing

Estimated delivery is typically 7-10 days from confirmed payment.

United States Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Signature Delivery

Signature confirmation may be required due to workstation value and shipping risk.

Delivery timelines may vary based on component availability, order volume, payment verification, build queue, testing, carrier transit time, and delivery location.

Before shipment

Before shipment, each workstation includes Windows 11 installation, driver installation, BIOS configuration, airflow checks, thermal checks, cable management, and basic hardware stress testing.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Shipping options, delivery costs, and available destinations are shown at checkout when applicable.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted for defective hardware only. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, changed requirements, software compatibility, AI model performance, third-party software issues, workflow setup needs, or customer-selected configuration choices.
