Return and Refund Policy

Defective hardware returns only.

V-RAM.ai sells built-to-order workstation hardware. Returns are accepted for defective products only.

Return eligibility

If your workstation arrives defective, damaged, or materially not functioning as intended, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email support@v-ram.ai with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video when available.

Approval required

Returns must be approved by V-RAM.ai before any item is shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Inspection and resolution

If a return is approved, the workstation must be returned in its original condition with all included components, accessories, packaging materials, and documentation.

After inspection, V-RAM.ai may repair, replace, or refund the defective product at our discretion.

No exchanges

Exchanges are not offered. V-RAM.ai sells workstation hardware only and does not provide AI software installation, model installation, workflow setup, cloud setup, managed services, IT administration, or third-party AI troubleshooting.
