Terms for built-to-order workstation hardware.

These Terms of Service govern purchases from V-RAM.ai. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Business scope

V-RAM.ai sells built-to-order local AI workstation hardware only.

We do not provide AI software installation, AI model installation, workflow setup, cloud setup, managed services, IT administration, software configuration, training, consulting, or third-party AI troubleshooting.

Defined workstation platforms

Each workstation platform is sold with a defined hardware configuration. Storage capacity is the only customer-selectable hardware option.

Fixed core hardware

CPU, GPU, memory, motherboard, power supply, case, cooling, and airflow configuration are fixed for each workstation platform and selected for AI workstation workloads, stability, and efficiency.

Component availability

Specific qualified component brands may vary based on availability, compatibility, and supply. Any substituted component will be selected to meet the intended hardware specification and system requirements.

Order acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may review, decline, cancel, or refund an order for payment issues, suspected fraud, inventory limits, component availability, pricing errors, shipping limits, or compliance concerns.

Pricing, payment, and availability

Prices, product specifications, availability, and delivery estimates may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate, but errors may occur.

Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed.

Build and delivery timing

V-RAM.ai workstations are built to order. Estimated delivery is typically 10-14 days from confirmed payment.

Delivery timing may vary based on component availability, order volume, payment verification, build queue, testing, and carrier transit time.

Delivery responsibility

Before delivery, each workstation includes Windows 11 installation, driver installation, BIOS configuration, airflow checks, thermal checks, cable management, and basic hardware stress testing.

Our delivery responsibility ends when the system boots, Windows 11 is installed, drivers are installed, BIOS is configured, thermals and airflow are checked, and basic hardware stress testing passes.

Shipping

Shipping costs, delivery options, and available destinations are shown at checkout when applicable. Signature confirmation may be required.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is delivered by the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for defective hardware only, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Exchanges are not offered.

Software and third-party tools

V-RAM.ai is not responsible for installing, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, or validating AI software, AI models, third-party software, development environments, cloud services, workflows, or customer-specific use cases.

Performance disclaimer

Product descriptions may refer to intended hardware use cases. These descriptions do not guarantee performance with any specific AI model, software application, dataset, workflow, or third-party platform.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for determining whether a workstation’s hardware specifications are appropriate for their intended use, software, workflow, peripherals, network environment, and operating requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V-RAM.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operations, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

All website content, product copy, branding, logos, images, and materials are owned by or licensed to V-RAM.ai and may not be copied or used without permission.

Changes to these terms
