Before shipment
Before delivery, each workstation includes Windows 11 installation, driver installation, BIOS configuration, airflow checks, thermal checks, cable management, and basic hardware stress testing.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Shipping options, delivery costs, and available destinations are shown at checkout when applicable.

Returns and exchanges
Returns are accepted for defective hardware only. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, changed requirements, software compatibility, AI model performance, third-party software issues, or workflow setup needs.
Exchanges are not offered.
